Use the set, not the venue

Festivals are too big to search. Sets are not. "Front left during the 9:40 set on the second stage" is a place and a time a few hundred people share, not tens of thousands. Fan groups and tour subreddits organize by exactly that, and people post there looking for each other after every show.

The artist's fan community

Most touring artists have a fan Discord, subreddit or Facebook group. Post the set, the spot and a kind description. These communities are used to "looking for the person who…" posts and they're generous about it. Keep it short and say plainly what you're hoping for.

Photos and stories

Festival photographers, the artist's photographer and everyone around you were shooting. Search the event hashtag for the set time. Tagged stories expire in a day, so this one is time-sensitive.
